Thematic Sequencing
Design, Weave and Communicate a Theme with Intention
Led by Tizzy Ernstoff // April 12 & 13
Join Tizzy for a 15-hr course focused on using themes as the foundation for designing creative and intelligently sequenced Vinyasa classes. This program goes beyond the fundamentals, equipping teachers with the tools to craft meaningful, well-structured, and empowering practices. Rather than centering sequencing around a peak posture, you’ll learn how to develop themes that organically inform the flow and progression of your class.
Expect to refine your voice, enhance your communication skills, and receive in-depth, constructive feedback on your teaching. Your training handbook will include a sequencing and theming framework worksheet for future use, along with multiple sample sequences for inspiration and reference.

Teacher | Tizzy Ernstoff
With over 500-hrs of training, Tizzy’s enthusiasm for teaching lies in promoting mindfulness based movement as a practice tool to develop an acute awareness of the physical body and how it pertains to mental and emotional patterns. Tizzy’s classes explore themes and metaphors that invite practitioners to develop a deeper and more profound relationship with themselves through the exploration of movement and breath. Her classes reflect a blend of asana-styles rooted in anatomically safe alignment that inspire creativity, curiosity, and embodiment.
She lives in Biddeford, Maine with her partner and three year old son, Wolf. Tizzy spends her time outside of the studio with her family exploring mid-coast and looking for the best food Maine offers.
The Art of Sequencing & Theming
Rather than teaching a “peak posture”, this training will teach you how to skillfully structure your sequence around a theme to invite your students into deeper relationship with themselves. Throughout this course, you will explore the nuances of teaching and container setting while taking a curious and critical lens to cueing language.
