Witold Fitz-Simon | Co-Lead
With over two decades of experience teaching yoga and Alexander Technique, Witold Fitz-Simon empowers students to cultivate a deeper awareness of their bodies and themselves. He integrates the wisdom of Alexander Technique, developmental movement and embodied anatomy into a dynamic and revealing practice. In his classes in Portland, Maine and online, you'll discover the art of moving with greater skill, efficiency and grace, unlocking new levels of physical expression and fostering a more authentic connection to yourself.
Erin Ehlers | Co-Lead
Erin Ehlers is an experienced yoga teacher based in Portland, Maine. She uplifts understanding over achievement, and centers self-inquiry as the heart of the practice in her classes, workshops and trainings. She offers a modern movement science perspective for asana, with a slow and deep style. She encourages curiosity with creative classes, prompts awareness with detailed cues and educates her students by keeping the philosophy of yoga as the foundation of the practice.
