What You’ll Learn

  • The energetic effects of different kinds of restorative poses.

  • The anatomy of the head and spine and how to support them.

  • The effects of the Sympathetic and Parasympathetic Nervous Systems on you and your students’ well-being.

  • Thematic models of esoteric anatomy and somatic experience to guide the poses you teach and how you teach them.

  • How to prop, teach and adapt the four essential restorative poses.

  • How to self-regulate as a teacher in a restorative setting to embody and project the principles you’re teaching and make your classes exponentially effective.

This training goes beyond the mechanics of Restorative Yoga.

You'll explore how to craft meaningful classes that support your students both physically and emotionally. Through a blend of anatomy, energetic awareness and thoughtful theming, you'll learn to create an experience that invites deep rest and inner connection.

By integrating self-regulation techniques and embodying the principles you're teaching, you'll leave this training equipped not only with practical tools but also with the confidence to guide students into a space of profound stillness and healing.
