If so, join us for a six-month in-person mentorship to develop somatic awareness to teach with integrity and authenticity. This is not another training in technique or modality. Instead, it's an invitation to bring more of you into your teaching — whether you’re a newbie or more seasoned teacher.
Free Weekly Beginner’s Vinyasa
Join us every Friday at 5:30pm for our weekly Free Beginner's Vinyasa class, perfect for anyone new to yoga, curious about practicing in a studio, or ready to explore the basics of Vinyasa flow.
